The legal basis for processing are art. 6 no. 1 let. b of GDPR, so we process your data in order to organize Wolves Summit event and art. 6 no. 1 let f of GDPR, so we process your data for contact you on your request (contact form) and for our marketing purposes. The recipients of your data are entities which process personal data on our behalf as long as it is necessary to provide services to us and only to the extent corresponding to that purpose (e.g. Google – gSuite and Hubspot). Your personal data will be processed for a period of time as follows: a) in case of data processing for the purpose of our legitimate interests - until such legitimate interest exists; b) in case of data processing on for the performance of a contract - until the end of Wolves Summit and for the time necessary to establish, exercise or defence of potential legal claims.
